Polyamory

Polyamory (often also termed ethical non-monogamy or ENM when it is practiced consciously) is often defined as having some type of intimate relationship with more than one person at one time. This may be an emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual relationship - whichever of these, or multiples of, is active is said to be polyamory when there is some depth of commitment to the other person or people involved.

The trick to successful and enjoyable polyamory is full honesty and transparency, which is vital to trust and to integrity in sharing of emotion and experience. This is not for everyone and polyamory demands a level of personal maturity and comfort in sexual expression that not everyone may yet have developed.
