So if this is a new thing, take it easy and start with something that is achievable. A good basis for exploration is identifying what is valued, needed and desired; and from this grounding it is possible to be free to explore. Once we become practiced at identifying, meeting and satisfying erotic needs we become increasingly able to recognise others that arise. We don’t always consciously know what we want and desire for our erotic selves, so this can be a continually unfolding, surprising and revealing adventure.
